Privacy at the H+C Project Hub

The Project Hub is how Hanto + Clarke runs project communication — RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project records — with our clients, subcontractors, and design partners.

What we store

Your name, work email, phone, title, and company, plus the project records and files you and your team put on your projects. Sign-in is handled by Microsoft — we never see or store your password.

How we use it

To run your projects: routing records to the right people, sending email notifications when something needs your attention, and keeping the project record accurate. That's it. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Access is per project. You see only the projects you've been added to, and what you see there depends on your role. Project records keep a full history of who did what and when — that history is the point of the system.

Where it lives

Everything is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States, in private storage. Notification emails come from notify.hantoclarke.com.
